How can I pay for my order?
During the check-out process, you will be asked for payment method. You can choose from:
- PayPal (Credit/Debit Card). If you select PayPal and Credit/Debit Card, you will be redirected to a PayPal page once you tap on "Submit Order" as you will be asked to enter your card details.
- Bank Deposit, This option is payment via online fund transfer or bank branch deposit. We only have accounts under BPI and BDO. You will receive our bank details after you have complete the purchase order. Please send proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 to 48 hours. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled.
- Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD, you will be asked to make a payment once the courier has delivered the order to your shipping address (appreciate if you can prepare the exact amount).
A confirmation email will be sent for all successful orders made. This contains your order amount, order number, item(s) ordered, your billing and delivery address, including the payment method used and how you will be receiving order updates.
Receipt of this email means that your order will soon be picked, packed, and shipped! You'll get another email/sms care of xioexpress.com once your package has been picked up.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can send an email to email@example.com and our Customer Care Team will get in touch with you. Note that you are only allowed to cancel your order up to (3) hours from the time of payment completion.
A refund will be issued if you have already paid for your order.
In an effort to reduce carbon footprint, we only ship your orders once a week. We will gather all paid orders every Thursday and ship them out the following Monday.
For Metro Manila, delivery is 1-3 working days from pickup date except Sundays and Holidays. For provincial, delivery is 4-5 days from pickup date except Sundays and Holidays. For office deliveries, our courier don’t deliver on Saturdays.
In the event that your shipping address is out of your preferred delivery zone, Our Customer Care Team will reach out to you via sms or email.
Once your order gets shipped, an emails/sms notification is sent informing you of the tracking number. To know the status of your order, just click https://xioexpress.com/#/home and enter the tracking number.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery acceptance to exchange the item, kindly send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returned items may be exchanged provided that the conditions are met. Please be advised that our Customer Care Team evaluates all returned items to confirm its condition. Allow us to evaluate the item for a maximum of 3 business days.
- You have seven (7) days to return an item from the date it was accepted (Delivery date)
- An email should be sent at email@example.com with the subject : Item Return Request – Order number
- All returned items must be in its original packaging (with tags intact) and in good condition.
- We will shoulder the shipping cost if the item for return is due to manufacturing defect.

- Change of size and item (one time change only) or :
- Manufacturing defect
